Set up backup on this machine
You were sent an invite code. Type it in below and you will get one command to run on the machine you want backed up.
Before you start — what the command does
- It downloads the disknexus agent from this server and installs it as a background service, so it keeps running after you log out or reboot.
- It registers this machine with this server, which means an administrator of the organization that invited you will see it in their console and can manage its backups.
- It needs administrator rights (
sudoon Linux and macOS, an Administrator PowerShell on Windows). - Nothing is backed up yet. Once the machine is registered, an administrator chooses what it protects.
Run it only if you expected this invite, and only on a machine you are allowed to enroll.
